At The Ballpark App Spot

Summary

The turnaround for this project was a day and a half. MLB needed a spot to promote their At The Ballpark app on the big screens at ballparks across the country, so I set about the task.

Process

The main idea of the spot was to demonstrate the abilities of the application, but with no sound or voiceover, as the animation would be playing silently at the ballparks. The brunt of the spot was created with Element 3D in After Effects and the title was built out from a heavily-modified dimensionalized still image.
